Our commitment to you doesn’t end when your puppy leaves our home. We continue to support your puppy’s transition, offering guidance whenever needed so your new companion settles comfortably into their forever home.
If your Jack Russell puppy develops a serious congenital health condition or, in rare cases, passes away within the first year, we offer a replacement puppy of equal value. To qualify, a licensed veterinarian must provide a detailed and certified medical report confirming the issue.
As part of this guarantee, buyers are required to have their puppy examined by a licensed veterinarian within 10 business days of arrival. This initial exam ensures the puppy is healthy and allows your veterinarian to begin their medical history.
Prior to traveling to their new home, each puppy receives a comprehensive health examination performed by a licensed veterinarian. On the day of shipment, we issue an official Veterinary Health Report confirming that your puppy is in excellent condition at the time of travel.
If any health concerns are identified before departure, we will not ship the puppy. In such cases, you may choose to:

To maintain the validity of this health guarantee, all buyers must follow these requirements:
Veterinary Checkups: Failure to complete the initial 10-day exam or to maintain regular veterinary visits as recommended by your vet will void this guarantee.
Spay/Neuter Procedures: This guarantee does not cover expenses related to spaying or neutering, including issues such as undescended testicles.
Accidents, Neglect, or Injury: Any health issues resulting from accidents, improper care, malnutrition, or environmental conditions are not covered.
Common Puppy Conditions: Minor, non-life-threatening issues such as worms, coccidia, giardia, mild respiratory infections, or other easily treatable conditions are not included in this guarantee, as they are common in puppies and can occur due to stress or relocation.
